Apartments in Barcelona new building is located in Gothic quarter or centre of Barcelona, where most of Barcelona's tourist attractions are, such as the Cathedral, Las Ramblas, Picasso Museum, Santa Caterina Market, Boqueria and much more.....

Just a few streets away, you will find art galleries, artist's studios, designer shops, museums such as the Picasso, Textile Museums and much more....

This building has been completely refurbished and opened its doors the 1st of August 2007.

All 13 apartments are fully equipped with:

• Two single or a double bed
• Plasma TV
• Satellite Channels
• Fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, microwave and all utensil's)
• Fridge
• Marble toilet with shower
• Hot and Cold air conditioning system
• Free WI-FI internet access (need laptop)

Guest must call at least 30 minutes prior arrival to arrange key pick up in front of the apt. If not once you are in front of the building, please call one of the number provided and the person in charge will be with you in 5 to 10 minutes.

* Cancellations can only be made by email and at least 3 days in advance.
Late cancellations and non-shows will be charged one night's price.

* Check in time is from 15:00 to 24:00 (To check in between 24:00 and 8:00, please contact the property directly and there is a charge of 27€). If you arrive earlier you can leave the luggage there with no problem.

* There is a deposit charge on arrival of 100Euro payable in any currency and always in cash per apartment.

* Reservations made 24h prior arrival or the same day of arrival have to be confirmed directly with the property.
