We are only a 10-15 minute walk from the famous Royal Mile with its castle and the buzzing city centre, yet in a clam and relaxed part of town with a nearby pub, restaurant and shops. If you're looking for a good sleep and a relaxing time then this is your place. Great also for access to the University.

We have top facilities including 2 kitchens, a living room (with real fire!) and a conservatory looking onto a private garden. Also don't forget internet access with 15 mins free on arrival, free tea/coffee and us, the friendly staff!!
