Carlton House, Edinburgh

This 18th century Georgian house is 20-25 minute walk from the heart of Edinburgh. Situated close to all major road and rail links, the Carlton House caters for both the business guest as also the traveller and private guests.

10 of the 14 bedrooms are en-suite. (1 with pvt facilities) Guests can choose from double, single, twin or family rooms. Each room has modern entertainment facilities such as a TV , Ironing facilities on request. Most of the rooms have hairdryer, luggage stand.

Our location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh and it's surrounding area. We arrange Highland tours to Lochness, Loch Lomond, Inverness & Stirling. Tours are run regularly 7 days a week and all year round. An early breakfast will be provided for those guests who have booked a tour with us. Tour prices include drop off to coach departure and pick up back to the guesthouse on your return in the event of your stay being more than 1 day.

Outwith above dates we have a minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends If arriving Fri or Sat. Except in August when we have a mimimum stay of 2 nights throughout the month.

All card payments will incurr a 4.9% charge AMEX 6%
