Very affordable. Great for a City Break. 3-room apartment on the 3 rd floor- It has a living/sleeping room, 2 bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom,radio,TV, dvd player, iron usw.
The kitchen has microwave,coffee maker,kettle,pots , pans and washing machine.Bathroom is tiled. Close to the S-Bahn (surburban railroad) Neukolln and and tube-station Rathaus neukolln is 5 minutes walking distance,close to the museum of natural science, gallery for modern art , the former Berlin wall. Internet café, theatre and all the shoping facilities are within 5 minutes walking distance. There is an internet cafe in 1 minutes walk 0.40 cents for 1 hour.
