If you start to get sick of Spanish food while in Granada, which is basically inevitable, head to Caf Botnico on the corner of calles Malaga and Trinidad, near Plaza Trinidad and right across from the Botanical Gardens. It's a little pricier than your classic Andalusian restaurant, but it's well worth the extra Euros. The extensive menu features a wide array of delicious dishes made with the freshest ingredients, including crisp salads, tasty sandwiches, and even a little international fare. Try the chicken Caesar salad or the four-cheese quesadilla. And wash it all down with one of Botnico's fresh-squeezed "zumos," or fruit juices.
