Peace Cafe is a gem of a cafe-bar next to the baseball stadium in the middle of central Yokohama. The atmosphere and staff are relaxed, the music chill, and the menu is in English as well as Japanese, which is handy. There's a bit of a sixties vibe to the furniture on the mezzanine overlooking the interior, though in summer it's much nicer to sit downstairs by the large patio windows. I'd recommend the pasta dishes and cheesecake, though I've never been disappointed by anything there, and the prices are pretty reasonable. And for once in Japan, it's easy to find, with a big sign marking the entrance on the main street on the Chinatown side of the stadium. Enjoy. Peace.
