The Lowdown on Siena, Italy.

Mail Issues.
Mail is a huge frustration for many Americans. Because Italy?s system is close to archaic, mail can take from 3 weeks to 3 months to get to it's intended location.
A friend sent me two packages on the same day. One got to me, and the other is still missing in action. To avoid these problems, either bring everything you need or have it sent via FedEx or UPS.
United States express mail only guarantees mail within US borders; beyond the states is up to the destination country. Be warned though, sending anything overseas is EXPENSIVE!
