So what's a student to do on a Monday or Tuesday night in Norwich? Well, if you're like every other breathing student here, you're going to be getting a pint somewhere. And if you're in the mood to chill out to some cheesy 70s music and other fun songs, The Prince of Wales is for you.

Monday and Tuesday are student nights, where they have special discounts on drinks. Most of them are no more than 1.50 and provide a nice precursor to their special "pub2club" deals. The neighboring club Liquid has deals that you can get if you head over to this bar first. To get you into the mood, there's a deejay blasting music to match whatever the night is in Liquid. For instance, Monday is 70s night, so be prepared for a lot of Grease songs and classic disco tunes.

The pub and club provide a nice combo of a relatively cheap night out, especially for all that you get...free to 2 pound admission to the club (depending on what night you go), good drink prices, and a great atmosphere to hang out with friends and listen to some feel good music you can sing along to.
