The Hang Vannarith internet cafe is convenient - located just at the southeast corner of Stung Treng's central market. Convenient yes, but excruciatingly slow.

The connection is dial-up, and even simple pages can take several minutes to load. At $3 per hour, it's also expensive, but you are just a speed-boat, bus, or moto ride away from some pretty stunning scenery, so check your emails as quickly as possible, and then do some sight-seeing.
