Well, what used to be the most interesting place to eat on Ocheateul Beach has upped and moved across the bay to Bamboo Island.
What a pity, given that I can only take too much bar-b-qued fish and green curry before I need something different. The guesthouse remains, though construction is still not complete.
This may be a good opportunity to get off the beach, into a boat (any of the guesthouses along the Serenity Beach end of Ocheateul can arrange a boat - try Coaster's) and head on over to Bamboo Island for a bite to eat.
