Phnom Penh offers a welcome break for travelers who have enough of the frenetic free-for-all of other asian capitals.

Slow, but speeding up, the tree-lined boulevards, cafés on the riverside and friendliness of the people make a stop-over in Phnom Penh a great opportunity to relax for a few days before jumping back into the buzz of Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh.
