The Lowdown on Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Flavors of India
Ah, patience truly is a virtue. 'Flavors of India', (formerly Himalaya) is back in all its northern Indian glory.
After a brief partnership which left the restaurant sorely lacking in charm, our old friends are running the place again, and I can wholly recommend it as the best place for Indian food in Phnom Penh. (Even better than the posh Shiva Shakti)
The food is great - delicious Malai Kofta, Butter Chicken, Saag Paneer along with the usual favorites.
Although they updated their look (and prices) a while ago, they still haven't gotten the hang of the whole serving wine thing. White wine is never chilled, just sitting on the rack waiting for someone else to shout 'never mind!'. Besides, Indian goes better with a cold beer anyway.
