7th Annual Bokor Mountain New Year's Party 2005
It's that time of the year again. Preparations are already underway for the next New Year's Eve bash. You definitely want to try and make this one, as the word on the street is that the Bokor Mountain concession has been sold to a South Korean company, and the likelihood of organizing a party next year are slim to none.
60 beds available at the nearby ranger station for $5 (First come first served). Otherwise, camping is free, and as comfortable as you are prepared to make it. Showers and toilets are available for free.
The entrance fee to Bokor National Part is $5, and the party cover charge is an additional $5.

Make sure you bring warm clothes and a blanket - it gets cold on top of the mountain.
BRING A FLASHLIGHT
The casino is a derelict ruin with broken stones and gaping holes in the most unexpected places. Parts of the building and the surrounding area will be very dark, and you will probably be very drunk. A friend of mine knocked out a tooth at last year's party, so try and minimize your chances by throwing down a little light.
